Classes will be on Saturday from 9:00am to 4:30pm and Sunday from 12:30pm to 5pm.
This weekend two day intensive class helps the expectant family prepare for the birth experience. Topics include: what to expect in labor, pain coping practices, preparing for the unexpected labor variations and a tour of Bartlett Beginnings: Family Birth Center. We believe this class is best for women and families in their late second to early third trimester. It is recommended that parents plan to complete the class about 4 weeks before their due date.
