Health Matters

Health Matters  is a CDC-recognized lifestyle change program designed for people who have prediabetes or are at risk for type 2 diabetes, but who do not already have diabetes. The program is designed to help you improve your heath by learning to prepare and eat healthy food, increase physical activity and reduce stress. Lead by trained lifestyle coaches, the program offers group support from others who share your goals and struggles. This lifestyle change program is not a fad diet or an exercise class. And it’s not a quick fix. It’s a year-long program focused on long-term changes and lasting results.

The class will meet Mondays August 29-December 19th for 16 weeks then monthly for 6 months.

Led by trained Lifestyle coaches.

For persona age 18 and older.
