Aimed at: persons with Pre-diabetes or those who are at risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes
-Helps participants learn about healthy food preparation and portion sizes, increase physical activity to 150 minutes per week, lose 5-7% body weight, through lifestyle changes.
-The free informational classes are Nov 27 and Dec 18 at 5:30pm in the Admin Building classroom.
-The program starts Tuesday Jan 9 from 5:30-6:30pm.
- Cost is $275 for the year.
