Childbirth Preparation

 

This 6 week series generally starts the beginning of every other month. This series meets on Thursdays to help the expectant family prepare for the birth experience. Topics include:

  • What to expect in labor
  • Pain coping practices
  • Preparing for unexpected labor variations
  • A tour of Bartlett Beginnings: Family Birth Center.

We recommend that parents plan to complete the class during their 3rd trimester.
